I fell in a stream
We crossed a glacial stream to get closer to the ice. A few steps in, my feet were swept out from under me and I plunged into frigid water, as did my camera. Now I want to dunk all my film in glacial streams.

I’d driven 9 hours straight, after a restless first night on the road. Just a few hundred miles into an 8000 mile journey. I didn’t understand what was still pulling me, or where it was pulling me too, but there I stood on the shore, smiling at what would be my first of many (only a few actually) baths on the road. // 8.2.17
